A size is wrong or out of date

Platforms change their requirements without announcing it. If a dimension or a file size limit on this site no longer matches what the platform asks for, tell us which page and what the correct value is, and we will update it.

Request a new size or platform

If the platform or the format you need is not here yet, say which one and what you are making. New sizes are straightforward for us to add.

Something is not working

If a tool misbehaves, it helps enormously to know which page you were on, which browser and device you were using, and what the image was — roughly how large it was and what format. Since the processing happens on your device, we cannot see what went wrong unless you tell us.
